With its stainless food zones and a 4" cylinder that's chrome coated, the CLM-400 has a safety-guarded feed chute and dual scrapers that service both lower and upper rollers. The thickness of your processed dough is set using a front-mounted control and the machine body is composed of a food safe hardened "No-Bac" enamel finish (this finish inhibits bacterial growth. The feed "mouth" of this machine measures 16" x.75".
