Skyfoods 12" tabletop dough roller & sheeter (model CLM-300) is a great addition to busy kitchens and can easily handle many varieties of dough for food service operations. This countertop model from Skyfood runs a powerful .5-Hp gear-driven motor and will easily produce dough for pizza, pita breads, pie crusts, tortillas, cinnamon rolls and much more. The CLM-300 has a stainless steel receiving area and dough feed chute and a 4 chrome coated cylinder. The dough thickness can be set using a control on the front of the machine (dough thickness range is 1/8" 3/8). The feed chute has a safety guard and dual scrapers service both the lower and the upper rollers. The food zone areas of the CLM-300 are stainless steel and the body of the machine has a No-Bac hardened enamel finish which inhibits bacterial growth. The receiving area plate is removable for ease in cleanup. This is a Single Pass machine and would be an ideal fit for bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants and pizzerias.
