This 20-quart capacity bakery mixer from Omcan (model 17835) has three speeds (with rpms of 108, 195 and 355) and is suitable for a wide variety of kitchen tasks. The mixer's 1.5-horsepower motor is gear-driven and has a standard-sized number 12 power hub that will drive various power attachments, making this mixer even more versatile and practical. (Power attachments include a meat grinder, vegetable slicer, and meat tenderizer, all sold separately. Purchase of this heavy-duty mixer includes 3 mixer attachments (dough hook, beater paddle and wire whip) as well as a stainless steel mixer bowl fitted with a safety guard. Although heavy (262 pounds) and powerful, this 110V countertop mixer has a small footprint and will be a great kitchen asset for any mid-volume establishment. Note: this mixer, model 17835, is the same mixer as Omcan model 20441, except this mixer has a timer, and mixer model 20441 does not.
