AISI 304 stainless steel body construction. Stainless steel IP67 controls (dust/water-proof). Detachable roller scrapers & ceramic slide surface for quick & easy cleanup. Plexi roller protectors, released by micro switch. For optimal results: a short handling period is recommended before rolling cold dough, providing warmth and elasticity.
